Valery Numa explains why Stanley Lucas was paid $5000 US

Here is the video of the show from Valery Numa at radio vision 2000 as he explains why Stanley Lucas was paid $5000 US

Stanley Lucas became the advisor to President Martelly in August 2011. The wealthy family of Stanley Lucas had a long standing enmity toward former Haitian president Jean-Bertrand Aristide and had alleged involvement in the second Aristide coup. Lucas Family was closed to Duvalier and was involved in organizing a massacre of 250 peasants who were protesting land reforms. He completed his schooling in Haiti's finest school for mulatto elites. On February 8, 2001, as the senior program officer of the Haitian International Republican Institute (IRI), he said on Radio Tropicale that there are 3 ways to get rid of the newly elected Haitian president Jean-Bertrand Aristide: (i) Call early elections and vote him out; or (ii) Bring corruption charges against him and let the court imprison him; or (iii) Kill him. IRI is a U.S funded organization that actively works in 50 countries on a worldwide mission to "promote democracy". In Haiti, Lucas was a bridge between two groups that traditionally obstructs every progressive change-- mulatto elite and military. His appointment as Martelly's advisor showed a definite indication of Martelly's future democratic limit, strategic choice and political ideology.
